Due to the current situation, please note the following hygiene measures and rules in our house.

  • Our employees wear mouth and nose protection throughout the hotel.
  • We also ask you to wear a face mask in all public areas, including the hallways.
  • Please keep the distance regulation of at least 1.5 m.
  • The reception counter, the room cards, all doors and door handles, surfaces and tables are regularly cleaned and disinfected by us.
  • All rooms are carefully cleaned and disinfected. During your stay, we will only clean your room on request.
  • We have put together a small shop in the lobby where you can find snacks. On request, we can also serve you food and drinks in your room (room service).
  • Use our disinfectant dispensers, which you will find in all public and sanitary areas.
  • A breakfast buffet is currently not permitted. We therefore serve breakfast à la carte. Please note the separate hygiene instructions in the breakfast room.

With us you will find the ideal prerequisites for holding events in strict compliance with safety and hygiene requirements. If the minimum distance of 1.5 m is observed and our capacities are taken into account, we can guarantee events for up to 30 people.

In order to guarantee our event operations under the new conditions, it is necessary to rethink the planning and implementation.

Events and private celebrations are permitted in accordance with the SARS-CoV-2 Infection Protection Ordinance (in the version from October 14, 2020): Since October 14, 2020, a maximum of 50 people has been in place for private parties. Events are limited to 150 people.

Our team meets the changed requirements and offers tailor-made solutions under greatly increased security precautions in order to guarantee the best possible protection for all event participants.

  • Our premises correspond to the required aisle widths.
  • We can realize the 4 sqm per person area. Live transmission / streaming using the latest conference and video technology is also possible.


Highest hygiene standards


  • It is mandatory to wear mouth and nose protection outside of the seat.
  • You can use disinfectant dispensers in all public and sanitary areas.
  • We guarantee increased cleaning intervals in heavily frequented areas and at contact points (e.g. sanitary facilities, handrails, door handles, elevator buttons).
  • We offer visitor navigation through our premises.
  • Optimized break management so that several conference groups in the house are not in one area at the same time is a matter of course.
  • We offer flexibility.
  • Attendance documentation with the contact details of all guests present must be kept and kept for 4 weeks. In the case of a seating plan, this should also be visible for 4 weeks.
